I have been diagnosed with mild preeclampsia, so the doctor is almost positive that he wants the baby out Monday. I am going crazy! What a sweetie!<br /><br />As far as baby news goes there isn't much. He is just getting big! I don't really feel punches or kicks as much as huge body movements. And of course there are the jabs to my bladder ;)<br /><br />I made Mauricio move our bed over to the wall so that I could lay on my side and lean back against it! I LOVE it! It is, however, very difficult to get off of when I need to pee because I am trapped!<br /><br />We had our first birthing class on Tuesday. It was great! I was actually surprised that I learned so much because I read A LOT! I am so glad that I am learning things I didn't know. It is a class strictly for people planning on having an epidural, so there is not much about breathing and stuff.<br /><br />Well I guess that's all! This is Jude's girlfriend, she is 4. She talks to him and kisses him every day! She got mad at him and me one day because I would not take her to the doctor with me to see the ultrasound. She didn't talk to us the rest of the day. This is also the girl who is positive that Jude is covered in food every time I eat.<br /><br />-Giovanny. This child is convinced that his mom's car is a transformer. Not just any old transformer, but Ironhide from Transformers. When I acted a bit skeptical. He got very frustrated and finally convinced me that it was true by telling me he heard it changing into a transformer when he was in bed at night.<br /><br />-Gennalyn. She calls me Miss. Kiffany!<br /><br />-Matthew. He thinks I cannot see him picking his nose if he puts his other hand over it. He also likes to build guns which is not allowed at school (and he knows that). So when I ask him what he is building he says "A bubble shooter".<br /><br />-Alan. This cute patootie must sit by me at lunch every day! There is simply no other option to him!<br /><br />-Jerith. He can't pronounce Mateo's name so he calls him Matato or tomato!<br /><br />-Chance. I love being pregnant. I very rarely have bad days anymore and I am so much more productive! Mauricio has been telling me that I have been super wife lately. I am really enjoying doing the chores and cooking and basically anything I can do to make my sweetie happy! I think this is a really good thing because it would be hard to all of a sudden be house wife and mommy, so I am practicing the house wife part now ;) Although, Mauricio is such a huge help to me. He has always helped me with the cleaning, but I am trying to do it all alone now. Poor boy is always busy. If he isn't at school or work he is studying, but he still finds time to pamper me and help me around the house! I am the luckiest wife in the world!<br /><br />My belly is growing fast and I have a feeling that this is going to be a big boy! He is a busy little guy too. He moves a lot. Sadly he likes to play games with his daddy. He always stops moving as soon as Mauri tries to feel him. I am sure it is frustrating to him, but soon Jude will be big enough that Mauricio will feel him more often.<br /><br />My only real complaints would be sleep and craziness. I am not sleeping well because I don't like to sleep on my side, but what can you do? I sleep great on the couch......maybe I should move to the couch instead of the bed. I didn't care if it was a boy or a girl, but I just KNEW it was a boy. So I was a little worried that it would just be weird if it was a girl because I told everybody that I thought it was a boy. So I was happy when he showed us his between the leg area!<br /><br />At first he was shy, we were getting worried that we wouldn't find out what he was. The ultrasound tech kept poking my belly and trying to get him to move but he wouldn't. Finally she said "come on I am sure your parents really want to know what you are" to which Mauricio replied "yeah the anticipation is killing me" then as if to say "fine, but just for you daddy" Little Jude bore all!<br /><br />At the very beginning when the tech was trying to record his heart beat she had a lot of trouble with it because he would not sit still! She said "wow this is a very active baby I can't even stay on his heart" I am happy to hear that! She was hit by a car in front of my parents house. We will miss Zoe so much. She was without a doubt the best dog there ever was.(for us) She was a good girl. And the one who made us dog people, no that's not true is it Mom. We still are not dog people, just Zoe people. At first I felt silly for being so sad and upset about losing her, I mean she is just a dog right? But she was part of our family. She was the first one there to greet me whenever I went home. Like Carly told me yesterday whenever I see a white hair on my clothes(which happens amazingly often since I live 10 hrs away) I will think of Zoe. The doctor said "ok now I will leave while you get undressed. When you are done sit on the table and cover your lap with this"(a sheet). So he left the room and I took off my clothes, sat on the table, and covered my lap with the sheet. Then I said to Mauricio, "why isn't there anything to cover my top with?" Of course he had no helpful input, having never been to a woman's check up before. So I made him go ask the doctor if I was supposed to take all of my clothes off, obviously he said no. I only needed to take my bottoms off. Luckily I made Mauricio ask or I would have been so embarrassed. I can only imagine the doctor walks back in then says "ok now I am going to step out of the room again while you put your shirt back on." How silly I am sometimes. But hey, it's a great story! And in my defense whenever I have gone to the gynecologist they have done a breast exam so how was I to know he didn't intend to do that?!?!?<br /><br />P.S. I am awake making my sweet husbands lunch and breakfast(because those are the only 10 minutes I have with him on Tuesdays and Thursdays). I would like to describe my fabulous outfit to you.<br />-My hair was a gigantic puff ball from being put into a messy bun wet the day before<br />-I had taken off my pj pants in the middle of the night so my bottom half was covered by only my "see through lady biker shorts" aka garments<br />-I was wearing a pajama shirt<br />So needless to say I was lookin pretty hot!<br />While I was making said lunch I heard something shifting on top of the fridge and I realized my crock pot was about to fall to its death.<br />Instead of running over to try and catch it (which I had plenty of time to do) I stood there looking at the spot where it would fall with my hands over my ears.<br />I don't know? I guess I thought it would be really loud?<br />So I watched my beloved friend shatter on the ground all around me.<br />Mauricio (having heard the crash) came running, saw me (looking hot!) and standing still staring at the mess with my hands still covering my ears and asked if I was ok.<br />I was fine (possibly still mostly asleep)<br />But I was surrounded by glass and couldn't move for fear of getting glass in my feet.<br />SO to complete my ensemble Mauricio brought me a pair of shoes(not like sandals or something..shoes) and I just thought the whole thing was hilarious.<br />I mean, can you picture me squatting on the floor sweeping up glass in that awesome outfit! yeah my husband is sure lucky!<br /><br />SECOND: We are moving BLECH!! I don't want to move but we have to. Our current apartment has mold and an unwilling land lord.
